It took less than an hour for presenters at the FRUITNET World of Fresh Ideas 2020 to make a case for motivated and trained employees.
While it goes without saying that motivated and trained employees are paramount to the success in the supply chain in Agriculture, presenters felt it necessary to point it out. While it might be considered as deep insight into the obvious, it is still the case that more needs to be done in training and development. There is no substitute for a sound knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
Investment in the improved knowledge and skills levels of employees is a must and no amount of technological solutions can match the ingenuity, adaptability and prudence of well-equipped staff and leadership.
